Every year, the Bayeux Calvados-Normandy Award for War Correspondents recognizes the most memorable radio, press, video and photography reporting on current conflicts. The Bayeux Award also hosts encounters and exhibitions. In parallel, the “Gaze into the minds of 15 year-olds” initiative, organized by the Bayeux Calvados-Normandy Award for War Correspondents and the AFP, invites Year 10 students from European high schools to vote for the news report that has most affected them.
