Charles-Henry Frizon
A graduate from Sciences Po Bordeaux, Charles-Henry joined CAPA in 2000 as a project director after freelancing for radio, press and communications, and in 2013 began heading up the agency’s digital hub. He has developed content production for broadcasters (Canal+), NGOs (Médécins du Monde, Amnesty International…), institutions (NATO, the European Commission…) and private sector companies. After leaving CAPA agency, Charles-Henry joined news and documentary film agency UPFRONT as an associate in 2018 before founding BOTTOMS UP.
Elise Desmars-Castillo
After founding the Object In Mirror graphic design studio in 2005, Élise joined CAPA in January 2015 to found CAPA Graphics, the agency’s design studio, where she developed multimedia design for TV shows, documentary films and news reports (L'Effet Papillon, Le Studio de la Terreur, …) as well as audiovisual and web content for CAPA Corporate’s clients (NGOs, institutions, private companies, …). After a year as an associate with news and documentary film agency UPFRONT (www.upfront.fr), Elise founded BOTTOMS UP with Charles-Henry Frizon in 2019.
Teresa Malheiro Fernandes
Teresa was born a year before the new millennium on the banks of the Lima River in Viana do Castelo, Portugal. Since then, she has been drawing on everything she can find, with anything she can get her hands on. The rest of the time, she dances. Parisian since the age of 16, Teresa completed her literary baccalaureate before studying at the Sorbonne and obtaining a degree in Art Sciences. Teresa joined BOTTOMS UP in 2021 for the graphic design work-study component of her National Diploma in Arts and Design (DN MADE).
